The hotel rooms were spotless and well-equipped, though the noise from creaking floorboards was a disturbance during the stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, the location near a busy road and industrial estate may not suit everyone's preferences.
The hotel was a bit expensive at £142.00 compared to similar hotels, located on the main road side, had a fault with the heating which required a room change, but offered a nice big comfy bed.
The hotel provided a lovely, modern, and scrupulously clean room that was spacious and comfy. The service was fantastic, with lovely, helpful, and friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was great with easy access to good restaurants and a nearby Saintsbury. The dining experience was really tasty, especially the pastries. However, the dairy-free yogurt options were limited. The facilities were well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
